The Franklin Public Arts Advisory Commission is holding a ribbon cutting for art banners to be hung in downtown Franklin.
It will be on May 6th, at 4 pm.

After the ribbon cutting for the banners, come in to Generation Art & Frame to see more of the artwork by the four artists:
